Our Shipping Policy

UK Shipping

We aim to process all orders within 2 working days. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number.   


If your order has not arrived within an appropriate time frame or you have any issues with your order, please email us at shop.zvar@gmail.com and we will help resolve any problems.

Due to the current Covid-19-pandemic, delivery times may take slightly longer. We greatly appreciate your patience at this time.

Our Return Policy

We thoroughly check our items before packaging them, doing our best to ensure that the items you purchased arrive to you in the best possible condition. Therefore, we only accept a refund if the item is faulty or unfit to wear. 

If your order is faulty or unfit to wear, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, by providing proof of fault via a picture. 

Once we have confirmed a return address, your order must be returned to us within 7 days. If the order is not returned to us within this time frame we will not process your return. You are responsible for the postage cost and we recommend using a secure postal service. We cannot be held responsible if the order is lost in transit.  

As a result, we encourage all customers to check our Ring Size Guide before purchasing rings, and please measure neck/wrist before purchasing the respective items.


We are not responsible for damage due to mail carrier handling.
